Starting out!
Although a well known businessman now, Carl Ferrin did not start out that way.
Most business owners start out with a good education, experience and start-up capital but Carl had none of those things. What he did have was commitment and a strong work ethic; those two things together can turn any man or woman into an industry leader.
Carl knew that all he needed was an opportunity – one good chance to learn and develop his skills. When he found it the right opportunity, the education and experience soon took care of themselves as he concentrated on moving up through the ranks to become a top earner.
From there, it was only a matter of time before Carl had the seed money to start his own business and Ferrin Enterprises was born.
Paying it Forward!
Carl has never forgotten what it was like starting out and considers himself forever in debt to the man who gave him his first chance. Now he wants to repay that debt by paying it forward. The launch of the Earn While You Learn Training Program is Carl’s biggest challenge yet and the one he is most proud of.
